We expected to receive 14 stations per sales associate..only one received .Returned item.

This amplified antenna did not work for us. Once installed, it only picked up two channels, not even the main ABC, CBS, and NBC channels. It may not be the antenna; it may be that we live in an apartment building or the area of town that we live in entirely.

I was looking to purchase an antenae for the tv. I had just cancelled time warner. The associate sold me the wrong item! I tried to get it to work and it did not. I took it back and was told that this was not an antenae for the tv. Most of the antenaes were sold out and I then had to purchase a lesser model. Very up setting.

This item didn't work well for me it could be because I am so far away from the antennas. When I did get it to work and only pulled in one channel and all of the Spanish-speaking channels. Unfortunately I was looking for English-speaking channels.

Was told by sales person this would work for my TV and my area. Nothing could be further from the truth. I think it is more of a technology issue but you really dont like to think you found a solution because of a geek's testimony only to realize you are back where you started with no digital TV reception, very frustrating.

I thought buying a amplified antenna would better my chances for getting more channels and better reception. I really dont have nothing to compare it to, but for the price I was expecting more I am disappointed in this product. I should of did more research before I bought this. I think I will work on whole house antenna.

I was not satisfied with this product. It didn't pick up any basic cable channels. The store associate told us this was a cheaper way to pick up basic & was a less expensive option than a satellite. But it didn't work at all. Needless to say I'll be returning this product & getting a satellite instead, after all.

Don't waste your money unless you like wasting time and hooking something up that isn't going to work. Perhaps it's the paint on the walls or the steel that they used in the construction or maybe the window was too small. I guess if you live in a tent out in the middle of a field, this might work fine for you.

This antenna got worse reception than my home made antenna which cost nothing.

Would not recommend this if you are trying to get more than 5 to 6 channels.

Only allowed me to pick up two channels. I returned this product.

I was so disappointed in the product. The sales person, I talk with told me that this antenna would put up all the channels. Now, I found out this product dosen't have the digital channel changer. I WAS NOT HAPPY. And now I am out $40 all because the sales person inform me it would work.

We purchased this for our daughter. We researched and found that this was the unit she needed for her TV and location. She hooked it up and it does not work and requires some additional wiring. I told her to return it.

We only got 6 stations--the main local stations. Even their reception was not consistent--video and audio would freeze and then jump ahead. Very frustrating to view. Returned it to Best Buy and bought an outside antenna.

I guess its possible that we just live in the worst possible location for reception, but I am unable to get anything with this piece of equipment. Wish I still had the box and receipt so I could return it.

.Would not pick up signals from towers only 30 miles away.

Ever since the conversion to digital signals the TV cuts out all the time. I hoped that with this new antenna that would stop. Nope, it still loses signal, just not quite as much as the cheap antenna I had.

I am unable to receive channel 2, 4 and channel 5.
