Great Antenna If You're Dumping Cable

I decided to dump cable finally and wanted a good indoor antenna so I could watch local stations, you know, like in the days before cable. I looked at several options at Best Buy and the salespeople were very helpful in helping me choose an antenna. This was a great choice at a good price. I've been using it several weeks now and have not had any problems with reception. Very satisfied and glad I didn't go with the more expensive antenna.

Cut the cord and used this to get basic channels. A little bit of moving around to find a good spot and channels are coming in pretty good.

this is an ok antenna if you like it out in the open. I use in the bedroom so no one really sees it.

The amplified antenna is supposed to boost weak signals so you receive more channels but I have found it really isn't different from just a regular antenna

Easy to install and it loaded the channels quickly. The only comment I have is that the channels for the most part do not have a station name.

Get a fair number of channels, all the local stations, considering our remote location. Will probably purchase another one for another room.

I like that it doesn't take up much space, but where i live (fleming) i could use it to be a little stronger. All in all works pretty good.

Delivers a good picture but is used in the garage so signal adjustment is somewhat of a chore.

We live in a rural community, but only 20 minutes away from civilization. It just doesn't perform like we had hoped. Still looking for a success story.

Although living only 15 miles or so frm the tower, the signal was fairly weak on several channels and so the reception was not consistent. It also seemed to be positional for certain channels, perhaps signals coming from different towers? It was a pain to have to play around with the rabbit ears all the time, like in the 1960s, so I took it back.

This was a great buy. It needs to be put very close to a window to get the best reception. Basically allows you to see all network channels.

I was excited to dump my expensive cable and the antenna worked great for a while, but then I noticed a disturbing pixtelation in the picture. It kept getting more and more frequent so I went back to a basic cable subscription. It gives very sharp HD picture, but the pixelation was too annoying.
