He listened to what I wanted and then he explained two different brands and their benefits. The product is great and I have no problems at all. I receive many more channels than I anticipated. It’s great! And I am a happy camper. I don’t have to hang it anywhere nor place it on a window. It sits next to my tv and it does what it’s suppose to do. Two thumbs up!
