||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having spent $169.99 on a long-range outdoor HD Antenna that was supposed to work with the existing coax network throughout the house (of which I wasn't very happy with), this little RCA works GREAT when hooked directly to the TV. Glad I bought it. Plus it was a great price!

Never use cable again!

We receive around 40 different channels being about ~40 miles from the city. You may have to fiddle with which direction the antenna faces to get the best reception, but we love it so much we bought two!

Experimenting without cable

Best indoor antenna.

Have bought other indoor devices including Two types of flat panel and coil ones. The RCA provides by far the best coverage and quality of reception.

Posted .Hello berniebike - The signal strength at your location is one of the major factors on whether an antenna can receive a signal or not. Unfortunately there are some locations where it is difficult to get a great viewing experience with some antennas. If you can send us an email at RCAAntennaHelp@voxxintl.com we would be glad to assist you in determining which antenna would be best for your location. Some other factors when it comes to selecting a proper antenna for your location include factors like the surrounding terrain, whether or not you have a line-of-sight to the broadcast towers and even materials used in construction of your dwelling have an impact on the signal indoors.

If you go in knowing these things already and are ok with it, it should work fine for you.

I think it works!

But the App does show where all the signals originate from. We are keeping it for when we start going RVing.

Works like a champ

I didn't want to run cable to this location for the few times I would need TV outside. This antennae was inexpensive and the perfect solution.

CBS was difficult to get in my situation...upstairs condo with TV away from window and facing away from city. Got it in the right spot and able to watch March Madness on CBS.
