Didn't work at all for me

Granted, I live in probably the worst situation for an antenna. I am in the garden level of an apartment building with my only window facing the south side, and all the antennas are 14 miles north. However, the Best Buy Insignia one works perfectly in my bedroom. I had to return it for this for my living room because it would fade in and out. Then I had to return this one because it didn't work at all. I ended up getting the SEWOT antenna on Amazon, which has a great picture, but no VHF came in for me, so no NBC in the Twin Cities. The Insignia does get NBC in the Twin Cities, so if you live here, I highly recommend that one instead. I only tried this one because that one only worked in my bedroom.
