Terrible signal strength

After a few days it no longer picked up that one. My tv was close to a window. I moved the device to the window with no results. I would scan multiple times along with reseating the cable. It never improved the signal. The app showed a good signal strength except for ABC. The return policy is terrible. I have not had the device for long. I have been recovering from two surgeries (one of which was emergency surgery a week ago). I figured I would try another device from Best Buy. One with a longer range but I refuse to buy anything from them since I passed the window of returning my purchase.
