Doesn't work well

I played with the direction of the antenna; the position of the antenna in my house; and I even combined it with another antenna with no luck. Still looking for a way to get all the channels I use to get with my old TERK antenna.

She only watched the basic channels which the antennae pick up great plus a lot of other channels. Unfortunately, since she can barely see she wasn't able to navigate the remote control so we had to go back to cable.
