Posted .Did you download the RCA signal finder app. ? This will allow you to see where the towers are in your town and set up the antenna correctly . The antenna should be pointed in the direction of the desired broadcast towers .

Thought it would be better

Does not pick up most local stations

No matter what I tried could not get it to work

I have and I’ve tried several antennas. This is one of the worst. I currently have an outdoor antenna for my living room, I use a leaf upstairs and when I purchased another tv, I bought this one. I had it behind tv, plugged in power, unplugged, in window, up high, absolutely worthless. I want to return but because of COVID19 not sure if I can. I would never purchase this again.

Posted .Hello Robert - Sorry to hear that this antenna is not currently working for you. You mentioned several steps you performed to install and place the antenna to receive a signal. However, you made no mention of running the necessary channel scan through your TV menu settings. That is the most important and most often over-looked step after connecting your antenna to your TV.
