Didn't deliver

The cord is too short to put in an outside window so I am disappointed to the max.

We have done everything it tells us to do, and we are only 20 miles from the major network antennas in Los Angeles, and it still will not give us one channel. Not sure what to do, whether to return it or call the company, but it's not working. It's seems easy enough, but still nothing. Hoping to remedy this problem quickly. Any suggestions, please advise.

Posted .Hello Lily - Sorry to hear that this antenna did not work at your specific location. Hopefully you did run a channel scan through your TV menu settings. That is the most often over-looked step after connecting your antenna to your TV. Keep in mind, there are several other factors that can affect your ability to receive the broadcast signal at your specific location. The biggest factors in whether an antenna can receive a signal relates to the broadcasters power and the signal strength at the your specific location, the surrounding terrain, whether or not there is an actual line of sight to the broadcast towers, meteorological conditions, large nearby structures and the construction materials used in your dwelling.

Useless Antenna

It could barely receive the ABC local channel and no sign of the other three channels. The ABC station was not good enough to be able to watch it. I wanted to return it for a different antenna and it’s past the 15 day return period so now I’m stuck with a useless purchase. THANKS BEST BUY. I’m an unhappy Best Buy customer.

Signal strength at your specific location is one of those major factors. I Gave It Two Days

I live in between 2 major stations. News Orleans is 32 miles one way and Baton Rouge is 40 miles the other way. I had a total of 8 channels when I went to bed. Woke up with no channels and was unable to get them back.. So I'm gonna go the 20 miles and return both of these antenna back.. It's just a pure headache for me.
