Hardly any channels worked

After numerous attempts at different positions and locations inside my third story apt., the most channels that I was able to receive was three! This worked decently at my friend's place near downtown L.A. It must depend on how close the device is to a transmitter and other geographical factors.

Salesperson sortof told me that it may not work in my location. But said it was one of the best that they carried. It may be good, but just didn't work for me

Terrible range

When I got it home the Range is no where near what it lists and I have it configured like it suggests. The best I can get is a station about 10 miles away (mind you it is a very good pick up on it) but no other stations and we have 3 more in a 40 mile zone.

It was worst than my current antenna

It was actually worst than my current antenna (some flat Batman looking thing). It didn't pick up as many channels as Batman. I thought the amplified version would be better for me...it wasn't. It didn't work well for me, but hopefully will for someone else.
