I teyed to return it today I called on the phone cypress they told me I couldnt cause it was pass the return date. Best buy is not like they say in my opinion. It got delayed and I was not aware of it until I went on the website to check the status of my order. I should have gotten an email to let me know. How am I supposed to pay the bill when I didn’t get the product?

Doesn’t Work!

I tried multiple times with channel set ups and antenna positioning analog channels never picked up. I was only 20 miles away from nearest city channels. Very disappointed with item. RCA app only works to let you where to point your antenna rods.
