It's a pretty cool little antenna. It's way cheaper than cable and works well for my budget, because you'll end up saving a bunch of money compared to basic cable, and get pretty much just as many channels, if you live in the city. In terms of setup, its really easy to use too. I'd recommend it for anybody looking to save some cash every month.

We live on the southwest corner of town which has several tv stations with transmit towers located to the north of us. This tv is on the south side of the house, at first I didn't think the antenna was working; but then I realized I had to reset the tv to receive antenna signal (instead of cable). Now I pick up all major networks plus fox and pbs as well as a few independents. As a backup tv, the reception is all I need and picture is great!

This im afraid didn't work well for us.But honestly it might be because we are out in troutdale and it is at the end of the spectrum on how far it reaches to the TV hub station.Gave to a family member and they said they get about 25 channels and they live in NE closer to the station

I bought this antenna because we decided to dump cable. This antenna not only picked up all the digital channels but some more! Once I found the perfect spot to place it in the picture is clear on almost all channels. I seem to have to adjust the antenna when it comes to Channel ABC but just that channel. It works best directly on the floor hidden behind the TV stand, you can't even see it with the antennas extended. I highly recommend this.

Quick and easy. I bought this after I cut the cable cord. The primary intent was to watch NFL games on the major networks. But this picks up lots and lots of channels, to my surprise. I was wary of this, but it set up easily and worked the first time I plugged it in. I live in a metro area and all the the stations are clear and crisp.

Recently purchase this antenna, because others have been just not good. This one give great coverage and great HD channels.. only draw back it’s too bulky and the antennas have to come out not looking nice with your decor..

I purchased this antenna when I decided to cut the cord with my cable provider. I was amazed by the sharpness and clarity of the broadcast. Furthermore, I was shocked by the number of free channels that existed. Dont waste money on the antenna that cost less than $10. Spend a little more and get an amplified antenna like this. You will be happy you did

I bought this antenna since I don't want to pay cable. I live in the city and most of the free channels are available. The reception is great.

Easy setup, pulls in the stations, great reception. Only draw back is that it is directional, so you have to turn it to get some stations.

Had this product recommended by one of the Best Buy staff. Was only $30 and now I'm getting about 30 channels for free, most very clear. Definitely a great buy for the money.

I had read and read all the solutions for going cable free television and I was so confused I did nothing. I was in Best Buy buying a small item and I asked a rep for help. One simple antenna and Hulu and Netflix and my problem was solved.

My cousin an I purchased this antenna on the same day. Because of where she lives she was able to get a lot more channels than I was able to get. So even though this is a good antenna if you live in an area where Towers are further away, you might not pick up as many channels. It is positional, so move it around. I must say I went from “0” channels, to picking up “13” channels. So it depends on where you live how well this antenna will work for you.

My televisions still have signal fade with this antenna. One of the antennas had to be boosted in order to provide an adequate signal.

I ad this setup in my living room after getting rid of directv. It worked great until the station started changing their signals. I tried rescanning and it would never pick them up. not sure what's up with that but I bought a new flat one with a longer range and it picked up the new signal and more channels. I am about 30 miles away from most of the tv stations. So I would recommend if you live closer in the city.

I was not able to pick up many local channels with just a regular antenna after cutting the cable cord. This antenna though really works! I get great reception on at least 10 channels and good reception on about 10 more. It found 28 channels when I did the scan. More than I had ever previously been able to find. You have to find the best location in the room which may not be the ideal spot for decorating. But since I located the best spot have not had to readjust. Finally get full HD without having to pay extra.

This antenna gives me about 40 over the air channels without having to constantly move it around. There's a switch that allows you to "amplify" or "bypass." Bypass worked best for me living among the crowded homes and buildings in D.C. without losing any channels. Bypass picked up less interference from planes and heavy trucks passing through. This antenna is a good deal.

I was skeptical of these antennas but I thought I would give it a try when I just couldn't afford the monthly bills for Cable TV and I am very pleased with my choice. I get over 150 channels! Most of them HD and all free! You just connect the coax cable to the tv and you're set! For an extra boost for stations over 50 miles you can plug in the provided power plug and just like that you get distant channels! It's just amazing.
