RCA rabbit ears antenna is great i've tried digital antennas and the didn't get channel 7 ro 11, but this antenna does

We purchased this for a bedroom. It gets about 14 channels and I live in the country.

I got this to replace a more basic RCA digital HD antenna that was junk. The old one was one of those flat white plastic squares with just a Coax cable that plugged directly into the TV. No matter where I put it or how I positioned it, I could never get the 3 main local channels all from the same spot. This new one needed to have the antenna extenders raised out about halfway, but picks up all the channels without having to adjust anything now.

This cheaper antenna seems to work the best in my area (Philly suburb). I think the antenna ears make a difference. I tried two of the other more expensive antennas and had trouble picking up ABC channel 6 and PBS channel 12 (VHF signals). This antenna picked up the VHF channels immediately but not as many UHF channels. However, I now receive all of the major tv networks.

Great antenna for tv for reception and takes up little space

A good choice if you don't want to pay monthly cable bills. Gives clear tv and many options in channels to watch !!

We are cord cutters, but I really wanted to be able to watch PBS and local news. I was skeptical that I would be able to get reception since my tv room is below grade, but I get 24 channels. For the price, it's a great antenna. Not 5 stars because it's really big, about the size of a trade paperback book; the rabbit ears are about 5 or 6 feet across when fully extended.

This item works almost exactly how the cheaper antenna worked, just a little better.

Super easy to setup and it works better than we expected.

Don't let your cable provider make you forget that once upon a time, broadcast channels were free (VHF and UHF, the big three plus PBS and local channels) and they still are. In order to lure people into "live TV" in addition to hulu, netflix etc. cable companies are now offering these channels and a couple of others for 20 dollars a month in addition to 60 to 80 for your cord cutting package. Skip it. Just get an antenna. This one works.

It worked well for what I needed at the time.it is small enough to be out of Tue way.
