One back, it quit working for some reason. We purchased this one because it was it was on special & supposed to be a better unit with better range. It may work fine if you can put it in a window but we can’t. We only use it for two local stations so we decided to keep it.

That I would not be able to record my daytime shows. I went to Best Buy in Mobile and told the sales guy what I was trying to do and got 5 of these products. This guy was Great!

Posted .h2oskitx, the first step is always running a TV channel scan (Auto Program)—without a channel scan, your TV will not display any channels, even if the antenna is connected correctly. Next, the single most important factor for any antenna is the signal strength inside your home—if usable signal isn’t present at your location, no antenna can receive signal that isn’t there. Trees, hills/terrain, tall buildings, metal siding, and even the direction and distance to broadcast towers can significantly reduce signal strength. A few setup tips that often help are placing the antenna higher on a wall or near a window facing the broadcast towers, fully uncoiling the coax cable (do not coil extra cable), and re-running a channel scan after every antenna move.
