Didn't work for me.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At the time of purchase, there was absolutely no information indicating the product would not work for homes that are sided with aluminum of stucco. Unfortunately my home is Aluminum sided, and after spending two days fruitlessly trying to get the antenna to work, I called the manufacturer and was told about the siding issue. I did return the product, and obtained a refund, but the aggravation and inconvenience was infuriating. Not at all happy.

Great antenna

Posted .Hello bobber – Reception results will always depend on your distance from the broadcast towers, as well as local terrain, buildings, and where the antenna is placed in your home. If no broadcast signals are present at your exact location, no antenna will be able to receive channels. Also, a channel scan using your TV’s menu must be performed after connecting the antenna; otherwise, your TV will not display any channels. Fireplace tv

Does a Adaquet job!

The unit appears to about 50% too much reception distance!

Posted .PhillipB — Getting only a few channels is usually a signal-strength/placement issue or a lack of strong broadcast signals inside your home, and the first step is always to run the TV’s Channel Scan / Auto Program with the TV set to Antenna/Air (not Cable). After that, try moving the antenna higher and near a window, then run another scan—any time you reposition an antenna, a new scan is required. Depending on your distance/obstructions (trees, buildings, metal siding), you may not receive every channel in your market; you can check expected tower coverage here: https://www.fcc.gov/media/engineering/dtvmaps
