The antenna gets great reception! The salesman on the floor says you do not need to go very expensive with an antenna! He chose this one and I'm very happy with it! Feels so good to cut the cord with Comcast!!!!

I can’t compare to any other models, but it was easy to set up, and works well. I’m very pleased with it overall. Our tv is in the basement, so I was a little worried about the reception, but it appears to be fine.

This antenna works very nicely to pick up numerous local channels. This comes in particularly handy if there are squabbles with cable or satellite companies for local channels. The main HD channels have a nice crisp picture.

TV antenna worked as advertised. Installed on wall behind tv, Pulled 28 channels without a booster. I was able to save close to $100.00 dollar's over the cost from the local cable company. Many of my friends and family have purchased the model for Best Buy. The savings allowed me to buy my man cave a tv.

I bought this to use until I could hook up a large outdoor antenna mounted inside the attic. This little antenna worked so well I don't need to hook up the larger antenna. All channels available in my area came in clear with no problems. I would have given 5 stars except for the built in stand which could be a lot better.

Antenna works good for an indoor antenna. Good for the price but if you are not close to a broadcast city, you may want to go with an external.

It works great, although it does fall off/out of my window onto the table. Which is a user(me) problem not a manufacturing problem. I get quite a lot of channels, but thunderstorms make it difficult for signals to go through (not that I watch t.v. In cloud to ground thunderstorms).

This antenna works well. It is more reliable than a more expensive antenna that I bought before. I occasionally lose signal on one of the channels, but it's not that often and I think that's just the nature of the beast. I live between 2 big hills. It helps to place it as high as you can. Put it near a window and avoid metal. It sure beats paying for cable.

Extremely easy installation and the signal quality is great, the only reason I gave it a good rating is that I wish the cord was longer.

I did not buy this for me to use, but for my daughter, who elected to forego getting cable for her new apt., and instead got internet only and is using a Amz. Firestick & Roku for her regular viewing habits. I got this antenna for her to be able to watch the local news/tv stations. First, I (mainly) bought it because it was on sale. I had done a little googling of best OTA TV antennas, but this one wasn't named among them; however, on sale the price was cheap enough for me to take a chance on it, and the specs seemed to match those of the so-called 'best OTA antennas' I had googled (by specs I mean, mileage ran and some of the extras), so I figured what the heck, its worth a try. Setup of the antenna was easy; I plugged it into the TV, placed the flat pannel on the wall above it, and ran the TV's OTA channel search and waited for it to complete. When it was done, she had over 40+ channels to view. The main local channels (ABC, CBS, NBC, CW...not sure about FOX, can't remember) came in clear, but ABC was wonky/inconsistently available; the other channels were more stable/reliable. Mind you, I only verified the channel stability for an hour or so before we left to go home, but I've been checking with my daughter about it since I installed it a month ago, and initially she indicated the first week the channels were fine, then after that they weren't so clear. Turns out the new router I purchased her just needed to have its cable moved away from the TV antenna's cable; once she did that and re-adjusted the OTA tv antenna a little, now her channels are clear and stable again...except for ABC, which still is hit/miss. But that is to be expected; with OTA TV antennas, a clear/stable channel is contingent upon many different variables out of your control: distance of the OTA HD signal from the TV station, amount of outside interference from other signals (for example, living in an apt. bldg like my daughter does, where there are multiple tenants using multiple wireless devices whose signals can interfere with the OTA TV HD signal...versus living in your own home, where you MIGHT only have to worry about another neighbor or 2's devices, depending on how close their homes are to yours, the range of their devices' signals, etc), how many walls the signal is going through, weather (is it storming/cloudy or clear?...) etc... I say that to say this: it works good enough for my daughter to get the local channels as I wanted her to be able to so she can catch the local news/weather, and she is actually able to watch one of her main TV shows on it also, so bonus for that. With that said, as has been stated in other people's reviews, don't expect to get HBO, premium channels, ESPN, etc or anything of that sort with this; those signals aren't being broadcast freely like your local TV stations, so it won't pick them up. You'll get a lot of other channels you probably won't ever look at or didn't even know existed, but if you want to cut the cable/satellite cord and use Firestick/Roku, and just need an OTA antenna to catch local TV stations/news, this one works just fine; if you can catch it on sale, even better. It gives a great HD picture (on her 2008 Samsung Plasma TV that is), the channels are mostly stable/clear/without issue, and you'll get a decent amount of channels (depending on where you live of course) to boot. There may be better ones out there, but I wasn't willing to put in a lot of time/effort to vet that, and after buying this one, I'm glad I didn't...

works very well but I still yearn for more. I did away with cable and this provides local channels! The booster is good but in my opinion it could be better. I got one for Ohio and one for Florida as I did away with the expensive cable at both of my homes.

Of the antennas we purchased, this one is the best. If we need additional antennas, this is the one we will buy.
