With it's boost I was looking to get a more solid reception of the stations I get. I have tried the new antenna in various locations and the best position still leaves reception weaker than the old rabbit ears and more susceptible to little changes in the weather, and I live on a hill. I'd go back the the rabbit ears if I hadn't already given them to my son...

Easy to Program & Watch Local Channels

Indoor HDTV antenna

It is by no means the most expensive and if expense relates to performance, this is on the low end. However, after hooking it up with the antenna located in the basement rafters, it picked up 39 channels, crystal clear. I extended the coax and located the antenna in the attic (approx 30' higher) and it picked up another 28 channels, crystal clear. I would definitely buy this again.

Posted .Tasha, I’m sorry it didn’t work on your TV. After connecting the antenna, a Channel Scan (sometimes labeled “Auto Program” or “Auto Tune”) in your TV’s menu settings is required, and without completing that scan your TV will not display any channels even if the antenna is connected correctly. Because each TV brand places the Channel Scan/Auto Program option in a different spot, please refer to your TV’s owner’s manual for the exact steps to run it. The Channel Scan is a function of your TV, not the antenna.
