It works out great because I can watch METV (or whatever else I want) while sitting at my computer.

Great small indoor antenna!

Behind the TV in the middle of the room and not in the window. It gives her all of the in town local stations and about 50 to 60 additional stations! She is so happy with us, and so are we! Great purchase for the kids that are not able to afford the high price of cable!

Antenna Fine if You Have Wide Open Space

I do live in VA, TX, but we have 2 5G towers and it should have picked up more channels. I actually had it in the window up very high and low but it just wouldn't get them or it got them but they keep going out due to weak signal.

HD Portable Antenna

Posted .DrewJules, sorry this antenna didn’t work out in your setup. After connecting it, please run a Channel Scan/Auto Program in your TV’s menu and make sure the TV input/source is set to Air/Antenna (not Cable), since channels won’t appear until that scan is completed. Placement can make a big difference—try it as high as possible near a window, keep it away from other electronics, and re-scan any time you move it (local building materials and distance to towers can also limit indoor reception). If the cable length is a challenge, a standard coax extension can help

GREAT BUY

But, after I relocated it a little further out from the house on the fence, my reception was great. I live approx. 40-50 miles from San Antonio and receive a picture as good as cable.
