It has to fit in the location and because the cord is limited in length, you can only go so far. It also requires power so you'll need to make sure you can install it near an outlet. We didn't get all the local channels with it so we had to return it.

Who needs cable?

It still had a little buffering the other night when the weather got real cloudy & windy, but I never lost image completely. It also had some extra items included that I found helpfu.
