I had a hard time but was able to set it up at home. However when I tried to set it up for my mother I was unable to get a good signal .. since the lockdown I could not go back to try again but I was told that the maintenance staff has had no luck . We live in the New York metro area and local signals have never really been a issue..the instructions are very confusing to follow.
