    It's been a pain in the butt to get Channel 2 at all in Detroit, but this antenna did the job! Finally, I get to watch programming I've been missing for years now. The guys at Best Buy recommended this one and they really know their stuff. Thanks!

    I was hoping to buy an antenna were I didn't have to keep positioning it perfectly to find a strong signal. This isn't one of those. Overall disappointed, doesn't do much for me. I get half the channels I should.

    We tried several indoor antennas after dropping our cable service. None gave acceptable reception (pixellation, dropouts). This was disappointing since we are only about 2 - 4 miles from our local transmission towers (I can see the red warning lights on the closer tower from our back yard in the winter when the leaves are gone). We ended up putting an outdoor antenna in our attic after fishing a coax cable into the attic. Much better reception, but may still need an antenna rotator to get best reception from both towers. Problem reception may be at least partly due to local terrain issues.

    I bought this antenna as a gift for my mom who is newly retired and looking for something as basic as possible. The Best Buy rep recommended this one and it was one of the cheaper ones in stock. It seems to be as feasible as any.
