There isn't anything that this does well or even mediocre. It only supports two devices, none of which are an Apple TV. The backlighting is terrible; almost completely worthless. I didn't see a way to program the color buttons for any functions and, since this isn't made for a Blu-ray player, why were they even included?

the set up process required a letter and or number substitution system which was very time consuming and almost impossible for one person to do easily. also the remote only worked to turn the tv on and off and for volume. would not work on the cable box. even these functions stopped working after a few days requiring a repeat of the absurd set up process.

Really great simple remote that works as a replacement. Took a while to program but other than that no complaints... as long as you are aware it ls a basic function remote

Bought this for my daughter as she lost her TV remote. Very inexpensive. However, it has no numbers on it. Thus, unless you want to change channels 1 by 1, it lacks functionality.

It works with a samsung smart tv but does not provide all the functionality. For the price I am going to keep it but make sure before you buy it.

only works on non stick streaming devices. No channel changing buttons make it very limited as to what it can do.

My Insignia TV remote stoped working and got this as a replacement. No issues so far. Wish it would work with the Roku stick.

I believe this is a good product, but it did not pair with my Sony XBR 9. But as it was so cheep, I dont feel like returning it.

This remote is very hard to program. Only buttons that works are volume buttons and channel buttons. Would not work with roku.

Lots of unused buttons and only good for streaming. Directions hard to follow.

ok...I don't really think this is worthy of 5 stars. I'd give it 4, because it was a bit difficult to setup with my Roku. I gave it 5 stars to balance the only 2 reviews currently up here that gave one star each because it could scan "channels". It is a STREAMING remote. it never claimed to be for cable. It never claimed to have numbers. You can see right on the face that it doesn't have numbers. Why would you buy a streaming remote for your cable? So, don't buy this for your cable. Don't buy if you need a remote for anything other than your television and streaming. It won't be universal for anything else. I don't have cable. I don't use an antenna. I bought this to replace my Roku remote that had liquid spilled on it and it serves me just fine.
