I use this with the rodecaster to record hypnotherapy sessions. I ended up having to purchase a cloudlifter which solved an issue I had with the sound levels. I have a soft voice and had to stick my mouth right into the mic...and if I moved position, it would impact the recording. I read on reddit that even people with the fancy Shure mic had the same issue, so I dont think its the mics fault. Overall, I spend about an extra $200 for the cloudlifter and then everything was fine.

Don’t take my word or anyone on here, do a Google search and you will here from pros on their opinions. You won’t be disappointed for this price range!
