    Totally wanted to upgrade from a usb mic. I knew XLR mics were the next step. Did a ton of research and landed on the Podmic. I was a little skeptical for the price. But man was I wrong. Really like the sound production from the mic and the Focusrite Scarlet 2i2.

    Use this for my podcast and it does everything I need it to. Would totally recommend this to a friend. Be sure to use phantom power by the way or it’ll be very quiet.

    Solid build - very heavy! It produced a faint hum when I ran it through my Beringer mixer so I returned it.

    Unbelievable mic. I have mine paired with the Scarlett gen 3 audio interface. And for a newer streamer/Content creator. you cannot go wrong with this combo. The mic is very durable.

    A great dynamic mic for the money but since this mic has a very low output signal it requires a good amount of gain. So in order to get the most out of this mic. A good audio interface is required

    Not much to say that hasn’t been said already. It sounds good at this price. The shock resistance is great. I iust wish they gave the mount more thought. Not a wide range of motion, so it makes adjusting it difficult for me without adjusting the entire mic arm.

    The microphone is great wuality but not for everyone's voice. It is loud and clear but a little crispy on the top end and sibilant. Very difficult to remove the harhness in the top end,

    $106. What they dont tell you is what matters. You see the microphone picture. That is all you get. No on buttons, no off buttons. (THAT MEANS YOU CANNOT DIRECTLY HOOK IT UP TO YOUR COMPUTER. Dont bother with apps yet either.) First you will need a cord $10-30. Then a mic stand $40 -$100. Now you need an amplifier (that is what i call it.) $70 -$400. (Better hope it comes with a cord.) Overall value, a pain in the rear and a pocket drainer.

    Paired with the roadcaster this thing is a beast. Kinda heavy for me shows it's solid. What suck is it doesn't come with a pop filter
