Received a dirty and used looking mic

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was super excited to open the box and setup the mic, as soon as I did I noticed the mic was dirty. It looked used even though its box was "sealed". Not sure what is going on. Planning on sending it back for a replacement.

An adjustable, crisp, tank-built microphone

There isn't much you can go wrong with here in that it's a durable microphone that should stand the test of time and is very affordable in comparison to the rest of the market for dynamic microphones. There are also heaps of Youtube videos on how it sounds so no shortage there.

Rhode Pod Mic

After a little tuning I was able to get the same sound quality out of the pod mic that you can get out of the $400+ Sure SM7B. I would 100% recommend this mic to anyone on a budget!

Excellent Affordable Option

This mic is affordable, but quite usable with a good, crisp sound. Plus, if you use the RodeCaster Pro Mixer, it has a specific setting for this mic, which is a plus!
