We are sorry to hear about the confusion with the blue shirts who helped you. We work to train them on Reach Antenna and would like to know what city/location this happened at so we can make sure we review and update training at that store so they can do a better job.

On our packaging we state that Reach Antenna increases LTE signal strength up to 1.5X and we have rigorously tested it in 3rd party CTIA-authorized labs to validate the results we display. Your phone’s signal strength is measured in dB’s, and with the logarithmic (non linear) dB scale you can have a 2 dB improvement (which gives you a 1.5x signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”. A full “bar” improvement would equal a 10X signal improvement.
