    I was scheduled for a camera install to replace my current camera that had got broken and when I got there they said it was for a trouble shoot, not an install. I took them at their word, but when I got home I just had to look for myself, sure enough I was absolutely scheduled for an INSTALL. They turned me away without getting my service essentially.

    Fast and Friendly Install including Demo

    The installation was top notch and only took 45 minutes. The technician showed me how to operate the deck including the backup camera. The view from the camera is very clear. Everything is easy to operate and plug and play with my iPhone. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and would recommend the product and installation service to friends and family.

    I was surprised when it did not signal when objects came into view like vehicles or animals. It getting use to if you have never had one. I still double check in my mirrors, I can judge distance better with the mirror rather than the camera. Really good backing to hook up a trailer.

    This back up camera is the single best safety device I have added to my truck. It allows me to see my trailer hitch, as well as that dangerous blind spot behind the truck bed where little children and family pets could be, hidden from your view. Of course, it comes with the guide lines to assist in backing into tight spaces. It was a great addition.

    Too many inaccurate quotes re $150 installation with wiring vs $50 when wireless. Actual charge was $80 for wireless.

    The first time the camera was installed the installer did not set it up properly so it had to be re-done by another installer at a different store. They did a super job and place the camera where it should have been placed originally. They also adjusted the back-up guidelines which the first installer failed to do.

    Prepaid for installing backup camera and display install, tech refused to do the work despite confirmed order, even showed me the price list of included service and refused. What a waste of time. If I can’t get a refund will pursue legal action.

    For some reason I had some issues with my existing camera working with my head unit, but eventually they got it to work. What was awesome is I actually purchased a backup camera and they told me to just save the money and return it because they could use my existing camera....not many people would do that

    The back up camera take a little time getting use to. Not sure how to judge distance. I drive a Dodge 4x4 truck and wanted it for backing up in parking lots. It is nice to know no child is behind me. I know I'm going to love it.

    The agents mounted the camera and mirror. Took longer thenexpected. Camera works well, Excellent picture quality. There is a short in the wiring somewhere. Doesn't come on every time I back up.

    Installing this backup camera isn't exactly rocket surgery but they did a perfect job. The technicians were very friendly and did exactly what they said they would and when they said they promised. For the money, I wouldn't even try to install this backup camera, Highly recommended.

    Best Buy technicians did a great job installing and syncing the Pioneer Backup camera and navigation with my Pioneer radio. Professional, friendly service. They know what they are doing and responded to my concerns.

    An excellent addition to my new JVC in dash radio,cd player and hands free phone bluetooth connection. Takes the guesswork out of the connection to the trailer hitch and also anything else behind the rear bumper.

    So far great camera, install relatively easy, wires are a little thin but easy enough to work with. Directions are slim at best but easy to figure out. Install was easy.

    Camera works great even put a weather proof plug where the wire goes from car body to trunk lid. May have bumped a wire for the trunk release button in there as it sometimes acts up since then but overall great job.
