I like the camera and it works well. Able to adjust the camera pretty easily bit i wish there was an option to view the rear without having to be in reverse.

I had my new car stereo and my back camera installed at the same time. Both items installed and out the door in an hour. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!

I've tried to address my concerns with customer service the day of the installation and I've also filled out a similar survey in the past without any one from Best Buy contacting me for the far less than satisfactory experience that we had

They said it would take an hour and a half, and it took five hours.

Canceled my appointment without notifying us, in fact we got emailed about one before appointment to say appointment time was close and how we were in good hands. What a joke! Your system is flawed. I would never waste my time again.

Well worth spending the extra loot for the head unit when back up camera is included. Clear picture and great functionality

Worthless. My wife went with the kit, and tech told her she needed wireless camera, even though kit would not support wireless. Manager had to get involved, to refund installation, and kit.

The agents never installed the rear back-up camera, made my daughter wait 3 weeks and never installed it. Worst service. At least they refunded it.

I bought the service for installation online and THEN found out when making my appointment it would cost me an extra $150 for the car type i had. Happy with the tech, unhappy with best buy.

Had to go back twice to get camera working, also the installer had a lot of attitude when approached with the problem.

is easy to mount, works great, has great picture, even at night. better than expected. connected directly into my new pioneer radio, so has a great display screen.

My wife's Toyota Solara is very difficult to see out the back. This camera in the rear view mirror is the perfect solution, instead of buying a different car.

I bought the camera on the internet and added the to have it installed by Geek Squad.. After waiting about a week I took it in and they told me they didn't have the proper tool to do the job because I had a Ford. I returned the product.

Geek squad did our install and it went super fast and well. Looks factory, these guys know what they are doing.

The picture on this camera is amazing, very clear and a wide view as well. anyone with a large truck as mine should invest in this product.
