Service in Bestbuy was also great. Problem was with the delivery. Delivery expected yesterday and was delivered today by OnTrak. The delivery guy literally threw my package from 10 ft away as if it was a basketball. It was recorded on camera. Word to Bestbuy and OnTrac, these are electronics we are purchasing. Let’s treat it like one.
