Arrived on time, but overpriced

Instructions are not included, you have to go to the companies website and pick through pages of ads to find instructions and help. One battery took 3 times as long to charge as the other. Thats why I was looking for more information. No help from Arlo or best buy. Eventually I found what I needed.
