The batteries were returned. I did not realize it was necessary to purchase a docking station in addition to the spare batteries. Plus...removal of a spent battery and exchange requires sync again. It’s just plainly more efficient to recharge the units as needed. Much less expensive as well.

the battery is great but but the charger that way you dont have to pull the camera down to charge the battery

When you need an extra battery this is great to have but really don't need to include a charging cord. It would be better to lower the price on the battery and offer the charging cord separately. If you are buying the battery you most likely have the charged with the Arlo kit. This is the main reason I only gave two stars.

speed of charging is the same as camera. For a few dollars more, the newer fast charging charger is the best buy

Cameras weren’t working even though using a usb cable. Read that we probably need an Arlo charger to get them to work. Bought this and haven’t had any issues

Need extra battery to keep camera working while the other battery in being charged. Taking down the camera and charging the unit inside, you loose the use of the camera for about two hours.

Arlo Batteries take a significant amount of time to charge, therefore additional batteries ready to go are required to keep system running and save time/aggravation.

charges like the normal wall charger.. always good to have a few extra arlo batteries charged and ready to go.

It works with Arlo 2 pro. but i've already had to replace 3 batteries in my camera system. i've been using the cameras for less that 2 years.

So far so good! I use this for my arlo outside. Arlos are very picky for their chargers. Unless you use OEM, they don't always work.

You will absolutely need it to be plugged in 24/7 or have additional batteries to switch in and out while they are recharging. Arlo makes a good product otherwise!!

Necessary addition to stay on point. The cord something doesn’t charge unless you fuss with it.

Extra battery for my Arlo system. The charging cord can only be used on the Arlo camera so it needs to be removed from outside location.

While the original battery life has lasted many months - I wanted a second one to quickly and easily replace the depleted battery when needed. This battery does what I need it to do.

Needed an extra battery, or so I thought. We installed the solar panel and now we don’t really need it. But going to keep it anyway

When I tried to charge through the camera, it was a very weak charge and last only a day. I bought the add on charging unit at $60 and all was better.

Needed a couple of backup Arlo Pro batteries. Batteries were for sale at a good price and were shipped promptly, arriving ahead of schedule.

Nothing much to say other than it works. I have one other battery that I alternate with this one.

It is an absolute necessity. you can change out the batteries and will never miss anything going on because you ran out of juice without the rechargeable battery.

Works great. One of my other Arlo batteries died after 3yrs so I needed a replacement. This did the job. I'm up and running again
