Had these in use for a year - some recharge without any problems - 2 of them are dead - don't charge any more - a little disappointing for the price....

Best Buy and Arlo market this as a rechargeable battery for the Pro camera. In fact it is, but it's totally useless. The only way to charge the battery is with the camera! So I have to take the camera out of service to charge the battery. Makes no sense that Arlo and Best Buy wouldn't include a charger. No reason to buy this. Strangely they include a power cable that's useless. Don't waste your money.

Rechargeable my patooty...you can’t “recharge” jack squat without the camera...so why even need an extra battery?!? Comes with a recharging cord but useless without camera...essentially a $45 paper weight.

The battery came fully charged and was working great for 3 weeks, then wouldn't hold a charge after troubleshooting with a tech the battery is defective. A replacement battery was not available in the store

This product was dissappointing ..it really is only a battery. I was thinking is was a rechargeable battery that I would charge and place in my arlo camera when battery ran low. What I found out is in order to recharge battery you have to remove camera from its mount then place rechargeable battery in camera plug in then charge...what is that???? I would return it if I could..useless

No indication of when the battery is fully charged

...so really it is no use to me. Going back. My plan was to have an extra charged battery ready at all times when one of my camera batteries ran down. However, you must have the battery in the camera in order to charge it. If you have to take the camera down to charge it anyway, what use is having an extra battery on hand?

Batteries work well, I just really dislike the fact the only way to charge them is buying a "special" charging base or putting them into a camera that has to be taken down and plugged in!!! What's the point of a spare battery!? Over all the Arlo system really lacks. Can't change motion zones without plugging in, then you can't see the zone on camera to adjust!! Crazy!!

Dont hold charge like company says they do. Change like every couple days and so t even have xameras record only at dark

I ordered white, but it came in black. Now it stick out significantly and doesn't match the color of my home.

This should come with a rechargeable station included but nope that is purchased separately.

The battery will only work with the charger and NOT the cable that’s inside the package...

This was misleading to me because you cant It charge the battery without the actual camera so why it anyway

Must use camera to charge a battery, can't just plug into battery and swap out having an extra.

Waste of money to have to buy new charger every time you replace Arlo battery. Secondly, they should tell you that if you don't charge the battery it will die. Thus we have to buy 5 chargers for 5 new batteries, which of course a person only needs one charger. Talk about NOT GOING GREEN!

Bought this additional battery with the intention of swapping out my arlo cameras that Im using outdoor with unwired. Seems I can't charge these without an additional camera. I ended up returning this.

Batteries are not good. Arlo no good. Finally had to just wire 2 cameras. And now even one of them stopped working. Do not buy Arlo cameras and equipment. It is nothing but a pain with way too high of price.

Arlo is a piece of crap. The charger is slow, the system never works. It always goes offline, or takes 10 minutes to buffer 15 seconds of video, and NO it's not my connection. Everything else works except the Arlo products.

This charger is not good. It stop working like in a month, contacted Arlo , they send me another one which did not work in less than a month 2
