    Like most people, I purchased an extra battery so I could charge it and swap it with one of the discharged batteries in a camera. Then, charge that one and swap,etc.. HOWEVER, this stupid product doesn't even have a way to charge it! WTF?! Why include a USB cable and brick? GOING BACK!

    I just bought 2 new Arlo pro batteries, and an Arlo charging station which charges 2 batteries at the same time. 1 battery will not charge fully, doesn't matter which side of charger I use, just stays amber then will flash after a few hours. I called Arlo support and they are clueless and just told me to return it to best buy.

    Batteries arrived, ordered two, made the mistake of throwing away the box. Put on charger, didn’t charge, figured must be fully charged. Put in cameras, don’t work. Charge batteries that were in camera, put back in camera. Ok So I have 2 x $50 paper weights. My fault for not keeping the box.
