You can find cheaper batteries for your Canon cameras on internet, but most of them are not original Canon product. I don't know how other people look at it, but my camera is pretty expensive and I can't afford to buy cheap batteries.

I went into the store to get a battery for my camera. Ran across this one and it was on sale. Actually It wasn't on sale. Someone had accidentally put a wrong price up but since it was on the rack, I got it at that price. Thank you Best Buy for honoring the price since it was your mistake.

Works as advertised. While more costly than generic non canon batteries you get what you pay for. Accurate battery readings and very long lasting.

Being able to pop in a spare battery and continue shooting makes photography that much more enjoyable.

It's always nice to have a backup battery when needed so you don't miss your shot. We have used this with no problems.

This is a necessity if you use your camera regularly otherwise you will be charging the battery after each use. A back up battery is essential!
