Rockstar has one philosophy when they make their games that only a few other developers share: develop until the game is ready. This game stands on a level above most if not all games. The amount of detail, ranging from the writing's believable dialogue to how animals hunt other animals, the whole game feel... alive. Be ready to get immersed in the time when the wild west was on its last days, and be ready to never stop playing.

Finally bought this game and its great. Game runs smooth, looks beautiful and wonderful story line.

Graphics in this game are unreal, story line is amazing. Only downfall is 100gb download to system.

I was a huge fan of the first RDR so I had to get this one, my expectations are met and exceeded. The story is more mature and has more of a soul than the GTA games, the gameplay while at times clunky gives your character a sense of weight that you eventually get used to, environments are amazing, the amount of things you can do are vast and something you'd expect out of a huge RPG. Would recommend to anyone who plays video games.

This is absolutely, hands down, the absolute best game of the year to come out on the PS4. Perhaps one of the best in the last 4-5 years. I won't do full, in-depth reviews a disservice by trying to go through the story or gameplay in this review, I'm just sharing my satisfaction. I have been playing games for over 20 years, and as such, I have pretty high expectations. This one is one you won't be disappointed in picking up.

Money well spent Red Dead Redemption 2 has a great story and is very addictive and fun to play.

played the original and loved it and with the anticipation of the sequel I couldn't pass it up. glad I didn't because the game is amazing. completely wide open world with stunning visuals. only downside I would say is the game is definitely a slower feel then most other games. I think maybe they did that on purpose to get gamers to appreciate all the details. its ridiculous all the stuff that's possible. 10/10

I really enjoyed the original Red Dead Redemption and I am a fan of the GTA series, but this game is excellent! The Old West portrayed in RDR2 is huge and filled with incredible sights and things to do. Hunting, fishing, bounty hunting, robbing or helping strangers, treasure hunting, helping out your gang, etc. There is so much to do and you never feel rushed to do it! A phenomenal game and a definite MUST OWN!!!
