Great game! Looks great and has an interesting story.

This game is so immersive and thought out that I don't mind the time it takes to ride a horse from one place to another all the time or how excruciating long it takes to reload a 19th century revolver when you're in the middle of a fire fight. I never saw the appeal of westerns but this game really opened up the genre for me!

The game is gorgeous. The amount of detail is astonishing. The gameplay is smooth, very few bugs, and incredible depth. Only downside is very little use of fast travel available to a huge map.

While this game has a beautiful open world, I found the story lacking in content. The characters are somewhat interesting, but I never found any connection to the protagonist, Arthur, like I did with John from the 1st title. The game mechanics can be frustrating at times, such as the constant need to open your items wheel to pull out binoculars and the unwieldy movement both on foot and on horseback. Shooting is also lackluster because of the dead-eye ability and the 'snap-to' targeting. Overall, you'll see others rate this game as perfect and absolutely amazing, but for me personally while I thought it was a really good quality game, at it's core it just didn't awe me.

This game is huge. Not just the requirement for downloading to system, but the playable area for the gameplay is expansive. This game will either suck you in to play many hours with your character, or will have those with less time to dedicate overwhelmed by the scope. A great return to the western (cowboy) genre.

If you liked the first game this blows it away. The AI is incredible as you choose to make the story come alive. This game is often considered GTA with horses but it is so much more. The graphics will you amaze you. Playing Red Dead 2 you will be able to be transported into the old west for hours and hours of fun.

This game is incredible and improves on RDR and GTA V with a beautiful open world and the freedom to do whatever you like. I find myself often passing time doing random activities that have nothing to do with the main story. Thus far the story of the game is that of a great western and the voice acting is excellent.

Such a great game. So much attention to detail and the story is great. Be prepared to lose hours to this game when you get distracted and randomly wander off to take care of side missions and hunting or just interacting with the people in the world. Beware of people trying to rob you with fake damsels in distress!

I think this game gets a bad rap. The story of this game is fantastic and the reason I continue to play games. This game can be a little slow for those who just want fast paced action, but this wasn't intended to be that way. Really feel connected to the main character by the end of the game.

This game is phenomenal. It has some play like the first but so much more intricacy in tasks, quests and attribute upgrades. I am very pleased to see how much more has been added from the first RDR. It is more challenging as well than the first. The world map is much bigger and there is so much more to do.

The game is very detailed from the graphics to the AI. There is a lot to do in this game where you can easily can get distracted from the main missions. If you liked the first RDR, you will definitely like RDR2. If you're not into western type games or expecting GTA than this game might not be for you.

I could not stop playing this game for the first 48 hours. This game is addicting and takes Rockstar gaming to a new level. It is going to be hard to top this one. I can see this game staying at current price point for a long time. I recommend this game to all of my friends and even strangers

I had my doubts based on my own bias and reviews I had seen online. This game is surrealism at its finest! So many ways to play the game and so much more to do! 2018 has been a great year for gaming and there are many contenders for game of the year but this game hard to beat for that award!
