It was a fun playthrough, once you figure out where the end is going it is discouraging to continue playing though overall a great story.

It is a wonderful story about terrible people, and a vivacious, tremendously sad tribute to nature itself. After playing this game one can only say that this isn’t just Rockstar’s greatest achievement in terms of visual effects; Its story has a solid background & that keeps the player connected.

Another detailed, meticulous effort from Rockstar. Something for everyone in this game. But be prepared to take your time. Get caught up in the side quests. Take in the scenery. Do the random stuff and don't rush thru the campaign. It's worth it and makes the experience much more fulfilling.

I bought the digital copy because I couldn't find the physical copy in the store. It's still worthy of 5 stars though. This game is incredible and I'm still Loving it today! I'm excited to see what they come up with for the online aspect. Hopefully new weapons or camps. 10/10 would buy again.

Has a large world but every story mission is the same. There's a lot of world to explore so that's good but the story mode drags the rating down. Boring and repetitive tasks.

I’m only giving it a four star because i’m not a gamer but my son is and he says it’s a great game if you like wild west era type games. Must be true, he plays this game for hours.

The good; graphics... story line, dialog, and voices are cheesy. Really wish they took RD1 and just improved the graphics. I'll keep playing it for a bit to see if it grows on me.

It's an amazing game no doubt but it was so hard to get really info it. There are almost too many systems and inputs. It makes it very tedious.

For me the first one was better, the character moves in slow motion. The quests are quickly and everything that you have to do take a lot of time. Not the best Rockstar game.

Sure this game has been out a awhile. But i never played it. And with the advice from a friend i bought. Not sure what took my so long. Bit it is amazing!!

This is a great prequel to red dead redemption on ps3. Graphics are A+ and sound. The mechanics need to be get used to ie riding horse or walking around as the game will not let u go fast or run is certain spots. But overall this can be overlooked as the game is great.

Got at Christmas for the kids I guess they like it just as much as any other game I haven't played it so don't know personally heard a lot of good things about it tho

I have a love/hate relationship with this game. The campaign is pretty good but the cover mechanics are so wonky that it throws gameplay off. The world is gorgeous and characters are memorable with good story. Like i said combat is mediocre at best when cover mechanics are sub par cosidering this is a cover shooter. Online mode is lacking at moment but i am sure rockstar games will had tons of content over next several years. I still recommend it but wish i would have bought it on a sale.

This has been out for a whole, you have seen the other reviews. If your reading this trying to decide in if you should get it then don't take more time, just do it! It's not something you will regret!!! Well your S/O might based on the time you put into this.

The game started off very slow and even way into the “game” there wasn’t much to do. It was more like a movie than a game

When i played the original red dead redemption for the 360 i never thought of a sequel or rather a prequel as an option but from what ive played so far its definitely a game worth playing. I love how in depth the world is and how much there is to doscover.

Do you like riding around from point a to point b on a horse that runs super slow? Cause that is 90% of this game. I don't know why it got so much acclaim.

I haven't played much of RDR2 yet. I plan on grabbing a PS4 Pro at sometime in the near future and really want to experience it in all the 4k glory it deserves. What I will say is that it is massive and enveloping so far and I can't wait to truly dig in.

Happy with game. Good way to interact with buddies remotely for an hour or so. Graphics decent enough to not get bored with quickly.
