Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the best games I have ever played. It is an absolute masterpiece that will have you wanting more both during and after the gameplay. The graphics, audio and realistic nature of the game all help elevate the overall experience. The story keeps you riveted to the edge of your seat from the very first scene. RDR2 is a perfect prequel to the first RDR, which in my opinion was also an absolute masterpiece. Overall, RDR2 is hands down one of the most fun and enjoyable games of the 21st century.

Beautifully done, masterfully produced, insanely well acted. They is a 5/5 star game on almost every front, except for one key thing - they forgot to make it fun. It’s so convoluted that sometimes I step back to the fact I’ve spent 45 mins riding somewhere to talk to someone , threw one punch and rode two other places to talk. It’s an amazing immersive world but the actually funnest gameplay parts are few and far between. Everything is so masterfully produced and set up you can’t give it less than four stars I feel like, but I think critically RDR2 is overrated and they get a free pass because of the hype and because of the studio. If you’re interested in a cowboy epic, if you’re interested in seeing the scope a game can reach now, if you’re interested in Rockstar games - look no further because this will fill a void for 50-100 hours easily. But if you want to have actual fun gameplay, there are a ton more AAA titles on the PS4 available I’d put ahead ofnthis.

I’m always a fan of rockstar games, and they never disappoint me. Of course now with the online out of beta, I am in full swing for RDR2

It’s a great game. If you haven’t played it you should.

It’s a pretty long game, and it’s not at 60 fps on ps5 which is tragic. But it’s no doubt the best story and gameplay i have ever experienced in gaming along with other triple A games like the last of us, uncharted, gta iv, and bioshock infinite. If it’s on sale, buy it for sure.

It is a fun game but I eventually gave up on it just because it got super slow at parts. I guess if you just really like wandering or riding it is good, and the sense of building and pushing forward is good, but like I said just be prepared for some long stretches.

even better than the first thought is serves as a prequel. very slow paced, however, be warned. but worth the effort if you stick it through.

It's amazing. Just buy it. I'm adding extra words here just to hit the minimum required but no more convincing should be needed. Just buy it.

Although it took Rockstar several years to produce and release this game, it was well worth the wait. The amount of content outside of the main story is incredible. You could be in the middle of a mission and get sidetracked by a traveler who asks for your help or by a rare animal that you can hunt and trade in for loot. The attention to detail makes this game incredibly immersive to the point that you lose track of time playing it. I would highly recommend this to fans of open world adventure games. Truly a must play title.

Read Dead Redemption 2 is a monumental achievement in building a living, breathing world, and having a wonderfully scripted story play out within it. While RDR2 overachieves in giving you an enormous expanse with tons of things to do, much like other Read dead and GTA games, it succeeds even more in its fabulous story and characters. It is one of the best looking games I've ever played, and is just a great work of art through and through. The controls are a bit tough to get used to, but it is well worth it.

Was able to play the first one on the xbox 360 back a generation ago and to see this series come to the ps4 was one that I was astonished by. Sure it's graphics won't compare to the xbox one but the experience and framerate is still top notch on a ps4 and I run this on a slim and not a pro. The changes they made to the game and the improvements in the gunplay and open world made this game feel 100x better than the first. Get this game no matter what system or console you have because this game is a masterpiece!

I Have 3 Boy's & 3 PS4's. They all love this game. To save my own sanity, I gave them the game right away instead of waiting for Christmas.

What can I say.... the level of detail they put into making this game truly makes you feel as if you are in the game. Absolutely fantastic!

I have been waiting for this game since the moment I finished the first RDR. The sequel is absolutely a worthy successor to the original in every way, and I give all credit to the developers that must have worked long hours to make this possible. If you have ever wanted to live out a fantasy of being Blondie from "Good, Bad, and the Ugly" or John Wayne in any number of movies...THIS IS THE GAME! Until Westworld exists in reality, or Rockstar adds VR support for this game, this is as close to living in the wild west as you'll get.

My 2 nephews love the new Red Dead Redemption 2 game. It is a fun follow-up to the original game.

As evry1 has said it z, but still very gud. Can get a lil boring just roaming around the world. Felt horizon did better job of free roam. But if u stay going from 1 quest 2 another u can stay entertained w this game. Gunplay/kills r not crazy fun, tho dead eye n slo mo shots r entertaining
