Amazing game with so much detail and great story! Definitely recommend this game to any person and you don't need to play the first game beforehand.

I hate Westerns. Movies, TV, etc and I wasn't even going to play this game. A friend talked me into it and I'm glad he did. Game of the year to me!

There is so much you can do in this game. Hunting, playing poker, shooting, horse riding. Truly and immersive game. Lots of gameplay for the price.

The graphics, and voice work are amazing. It plays more like a movie than a game. It is very easy for someone new to the series to pick up and play.

As the title says, I bought 2 of these. I think the game is great at its world and a believable, neat story. But I believe it is a bad prequel as it tries to retroactively explain Red Dead 1 and the game is pretty much just missions where you shoot people. Thats about it for most combat experiences.

This game is great to pass time during these challenging times. My son and I switch off and love to explore the open world.
