This game feels a lot like the hbo series westworld. There are a million things to do in it. If you enjoy playing cowboy this is for you. You can also play the storyline at your own pace and participate in as much or little if the extra activities as you want. However it is very slow paced at time and the controls keep you from moving quickly- no running in camp, lots of interaction time with menus, slow travel on the horse, have to get off the horse-complete a task- get back on

Shooting up the Wild West never felt so good. The gameplay initially feels very sluggish, but after a big enough time investment, my frustrations faded into the background and I am now hooked on this game. If you want to get the most out of this game, you need to be ready to put 100+ hours into it. If you plan on just mainly completing the story and a few side quests, I would not recommend this game. You will not have had enough time to adapt to the deliberately slow gameplay.

Simply put, this is one of the best video games ever created, and personally one of my top favorite games ever. The story line is incredible and well written, the characters are memorable, and the game play is fantastic, with plenty of things to do. Despite the bugs while playing online, it is not enough to take off one star. Many people including me play it to this day, as they are still releasing updates.

This is going under the tree for my son and I, but the online gameplay videos have us chomping at the bit to play it!

This is probably one of the best games I’ve ever played. Great story, characters, and gameplay.

If you loved the previous Red Deads, you will love this one. Massive map to explore with picturesque landscape views.

Excellent value for a game that is worth hours and hours of playtime.

Long tutorial, slow travel, lots of activities, confusing controls. This is definitely not a game you can just pickup and play for a few minutes and go do something else. It requires a time commitment, and dedicated gaming sessions. Simply going from activity or quest to the next takes a while because of the slow travel system (rider horse everywhere), and the awful controls don't help. But there is so much there to see and do, that you can easily get lost in the world and lose a few hours in the process. You can plow through the main quest in a few dozen hours, but then you wouldn't be playing the game the way Rockstar intended. This a slow, deliberative game that demands your time and attention, which if given , you will be rewarded. Just wish they did something about the awful controls, which you get used to after a few hours of playtime, but never really like.

Good game overall but things seem to move too slowly for my liking. There are times when I just want to rush and start the next mission and feel irritated by the fact I have to ride the horse across the entire map, which can get frustrating

I bought this for a 21 year old and he loves it. Thought it was cool that there is part where you can go fishing.

Top 3 PS Game of all time IMO. Graohics and story line is amazing. Has me almost talking in a drrrraaww.

I'm not going to lie, this game is immense and has a lot of depth to it. With that being said, I do find that sometimes you can get so caught up in the side quests, hunting and the like and suddenly realize you don't remember what's going on in the story. As long as you can keep a healthy balance, this game is a lot of fun. At the same time if you blast through only story missions then you will truly miss some of the best unexpected action the game has to offer.

This game excelled and surpassed any other game I have played. From story to graphics to the sheer size. With so much to do and different ways to play depending on just how much of an outlaw you feel like being. A dynamic world that changes based off how you play, it pulls you in. Always seems to be something new to find or do. Simply put a complete AAA title with no weakness. If you have thought about getting it but wasn't sure. Just do it there will be no regrets.

Great game huge emersive world of the wild west its a m rated game but every age should be to enjoy video games and thos game is not ment for anyone under 18 years of age

This gave is very addictive i found my s of sitting down to paly for a little bit and I’ve sent hours playing.

I was a big fan of the first game and this one isn’t a letdown sequel. A bit like the first, the Early parts of the game can feel a little bit boring, as you get the story rolling and go through the scenes, etc. That said, the scenery is amazing, the way the players interact with their environment is pretty realistic, and the play is very enjoyable. I am only a few hours into it, and imagine this will have plenty of opportunity for fun.
