Glitchiest Game Ever

The Undead Nightmare DLC is far and away the single most-glitchy wildly popular game ever constructed. The undead's heads will routinely disappear, which is a big flaw, given that they need to be shot in the head to kill them. What an unquestioned humiliation for Rockstar Games. One can only hope that they immediately cleaned house upon the release.
