ORDER NOT COMPLETED - NO SERVICE RECEIVED

It has been several weeks since I filed my claim with a Geek Service Rep. by phone (CASE ID NO. 247424798). I have made several attempts to rectify this issue by phone, however evert Best Buy and Geek Squad Rep I have spoke with is unable to assist me with my refund due to being out of their control and a "CORPORATE" issue. I am requesting a full refund of $324.72 (ref. posting date 8/20/2020, #5460232676103271, to my Wells Fargo Account ending in 2396, Christine Aldridge). Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

Never installed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered multiple appliances, the first visit they sent somebody out that stated they "weren't contracted to do refrigerators" so they didn't do it but it was marked as complete. I called and couldn't get it rescheduled over the phone and had to go into the store to get it rescheduled. The next visit never happened, installer called and said they were on their way and then never showed up, was never able to reach them again. Called the 800 number and asked whats going on and was told I will be their next stop, although that was already passed the entire appointment window. Waited some more and called again and was told that visit needed to be rescheduled. Ended up installing it without BestBuy's help since they aren't capable of sending anybody capable of doing this

Big refrigerator installation

Very courteous and professional. Guys had mask on, delivered the fridge with ease like bosses (spin maneuver) Installed within minutes. Im grateful for those guys getting the job done.

Frustrated
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to cancel the in-house installation due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I scheduled just the water supply connection twice and both times they refused to disconnect the water line from the existing refrigerator even though I had the water shutoff both times. If you don’t have a shutoff “at the fridge” they will not make the connection. I ended up making the connection myself.

Did not inish the job

Refrigerator not installed properly

Person said floor was not level and I would have to go to Home Depot to get materials. He found a board in house and stuck it under the fridge. Helped some but now sitting on the water line for ice maker. Didn't seem to have any tools or materials to correct problem. He complained a lot about Best Buy.
