    My father’s cardiologist recommended this watch so he could monitor his heart rate. He is more of an android guy, but has quickly gotten used to his new watch. He loves being able to check his heart rate at any time and record his workouts. Just know that if you have an android phone you'll need an iPhone to set up this watch.

    Good product. Perhaps not that nice for exercises as garmin, but defintely the connectivity is superior of any other smart watch.

    I got this as a gift for my son. He LOVES it! We probably don't use it even close to its capacity, but love the features he has used. He loves to track his fitness, sleep, water depths, and temps. As a mom, it gives me added security for him as well. The only reason I marked value as 4 stars is because they are expensive!
