Bought a refurbished xbox one 6 mo ago works good!

Would totally recommend this to anyone of my friends

I purchased as a christmas gift for my step son who was down visiting for the holidays when he opened the gift we set it all up and tried to down load a game which the console would not read. I took it back to best buy to just exchange it for a new one and pay the difference and they no longer keep them in stock since the s came out finally after a little bit the manager agreed to sell me the s for the price of a 1 so as far as the product I wouldn't even give it a 1 star but because of the manager I give him a 3 I would have given him a 5 star if I didnt have to go rounds with him before he gave in. This taught me that if you are going to buy electronics buy it new cause by the time you pay the warranties for a refurbished one you might as well buy new

This was a great price, but it does misfunction at times. For example it will randomly shut down from time to time. I would recommend just buying the new one. But this is a good product if you don’t mind unplugging it and repluggunt it in every once in a while

System is refurbished by Microsoft so it's the same as new, but you save a lot of money. Sure it's not the S but if you don't need the features of the S, it's a no brainer

I am so happy with my new Xbox one. It is also nice having games that were backwards compatible. If you are looking for a new console best buy is the place to shop either in store or online. Just be sure you read everything so you know what you are buying.

I went to a few places to find this item and Best Buy had the best prices and customer service. Honestly, customer service makes a difference :) As for the product I bought it as a gift for my friends kids and they absolutely love it!!! *****

It worked like new, very good refurbishment, all accessories like new, packaged like new (other than "refurbished " banner around top) but I had to return it for PS4, wanted to play title Xbox didn't have yet ,...

After thinking about making a purchase, I decided to purchase a refurbished Xbox one. For one, it's cheaper, and two...it's used but you still have a warranty. I purchased a 500 GB system only to see it had a 1 TB hard drive in it! What a deal!

This was exactly what I was hoping for. I have owned every series of Xbox and it's just gotten better, I can't wait for what's next. I think that it freezes sometimes, but not sure if it was because of me.

I was leary of a refurbished system but the price was too good to pass up. The system is just like new with no flaws or defects. I try to always buy electronics and appliances from Best But and this is the reason why.

I brought this as a Christmas gift for my little cousins and I surprised them with the gift at the counter after picking them up. Their mouths dropped when they say it and was giving me high fives, good time.

Daughter loves the game console and it's features. I enjoy my new phone which is much better than the net10 phone I had. Overall I have no complaints. Customer service was very helpful with the purchase I made.

great unit only problem is the product was for grand son and they do not have internet so kinda of a hassel to get it up and going to many things nedd the net to work any more

I wish it had more instruction how to use Xbox live and the differences between them when you don't have live to play the games.
