I bought 2 refurbished Xbox ones for my step kids and they loved them. One of them was having some sound issues but I talked to someone at Microsoft to help resolve it. Other than that, great machines.

This system arrived at my house in original packaging with a tape stating it was refurbished which was as expected. The system is in perfect condition and seems to have no issues!

Have had a few issues with connecting to the internet and the system freezing. Other than the few times that happened. It works as if it is brand new.

This was a gift too, it was so well packaged that we only knew it was refurbished because it had a sign on the box, the product looks and works like a brand new game system.

I'm glad I bought this game system because I can play Blueray movies as well and play video games with the same system, my son is enjoying his Christmas early! Thanks

Great price for a great system. Sometimes games suffer quality loss in the form of FPS but that's to be expected when buying a console.

Xbox consistently puts out a great product, with expansion capability. Your Microsoft account is the same for all your devices, allowing for game play anywhere.

Bought the system for kids to use kinetc. Works well, just have to assign logins to all the kids. Still like the PS4 better.

Great system. Purchased for a good price. Only downfall only one controller came with the system. That's not a best buy issue, that's a Microsoft issue

I bought this console for my grand daughter who is new to gaming but really enjoys the interactive games like guitar hero and lets dance and rock band

As usual best buy offers top of the line and you get more than you pay for, couldn't be happier, and kids were excited on Christmas so it's priceless
