Got a refurbished xbox1 worked for about a week or 2. Ended up having to take it back it wouldn't take my disk out. Customer service took care of it tho and i left with another one.

Did not last a year, console is dead. Either don't buy, or GEEK SQUAD is a must. Tried another power brick, console is an epic FAIL.

I bought two consoles, 1new and 1 refurbished, on the same day. They only had one of each available at the time. Less then a week the hard drive went on the refurbished one. I was very disappointed.

Well I like the ps4 just cause its doesn't require Internet to set up the system

Only a few selected games from 360 can be played on Xbox One.

The Xbox will not connect to wifi. We had it hooked up to one tv that had an Internet cable. We moved it to a new tv a month and a half after we purchased it to find out that it would not connect to wifi and could not return or exchange it.

I recently purchased and XBOX one that was refurbished on your website there was no free 2 day shipping. I got it and it didn't work. I took it back to a local store and they were out of stock in store and online. I had to purchase another one for 219 that was pre owned because all others were not being continued. The lady who worked at Best Buy told me free 2 day shipping, however that was not an option when I ordered It for a second time I love Best Buy but this experience has tested my patience as a loyal customer

I purchased 2 refurbished XBOX One Consoles and neither of them worked.My sons tried for several hours on Christmas day to download and set up their consoles, both unsuccessfully. One of them, by the end of the day wouldn't even be recognized by 3 different televisions in our house. Upon returning them, 2 employees standing at the front of the store immediately told me that i should never buy a refurbished XBOX. I was credited back for my purchase of one XBOX, but the credit for the other one still isn't showing up.

I bought this product for my kids christmas in november and the controller never worked it has something called sticky analog. i have no warranty but we've never used it.
