Never worked from day one! And Best Buy refused to fix or replace I bought it for my son for Christmas. Great big disappointment and his young life. I live 130 Miles round-trip from Best Buy and they said it was a day out of warranty. So I called coustomer service and the girl acted like it was my fault when I bought it they had assured me that if I had a problem with it it would be fixed or replaced immediately. They never offered any solutions very unhappy and my 7 year old son still has no Xbox

I bought this in late November. Yesterday an error code E105 popped up and it completely stopped working. Went through all the trouble shooting with Microsoft and nothing worked. Took it in to the Rancho Cucamonga Best Buy and the only way they would help me was if I purchase a Geek Squad warranty right then. Been on the phone with Best Buy support and they said there's nothing they can do for me. Can't even give me a corporate number to speak to someone. I was sold a defective product.

I ordered two of the refurbished Xbox One consoles. I have purchased refurbished items for years and never and issue. But both I ordered failed quickly. They were not checked thoroughly, maybe not even at all. Best Buy did a shoddy job here. Returning them was very problematic which resulted in hours of my lost time to get them to fix it. I do not recommend Best Buy nor buying their refurbished products.

the first one we bought worked for about 3 hours and had to take it back and exchange it. New ones seems to be ok

Extremely slow to update, freezes and won't load games. This was a Christmas present and after trying to resolve it on my own I am very disappointed because I was told do not have "Elite" status, and cannot return it or even exchange it now. Ive only used it for less than a month. I have been a longtime customer of Best Buy, but this is my last purchase.

Console is too huge.. Takes bigger space and is heavy!!

I bought this item online on sale as a Christmas Gift. The Xbox would not read discs. When I attempted to return in the store I was told the refurbished item was no longer available. I was forced to spend an additional $100 to purchase a brand new one. Very disappointing and ended up costing a lot more then I budgeted for.

I just got this last month and had a scare of it not turning on twice for me

I am a single parent and it took a lot of saving and hard work for meto get this for my son for Christmas. It freezes constantly and he can't even play. I am heart broken cause it was such a big deal for me to be able to do this for him.

We hope *Mario and other nicer games are made for this console.

Could not play baseball games I wanted to play gonna return it

I bought my son a few games for his new xbox one and found out that a few of them don't work because they aren't compatible with the "older" xbox. Very Disappointed this was not stated in any information describing the xbox.

I thought this was going to be a great deal I found; and it was for an hour and a half. Then I shut down for no reason and wouldn't turn back on. I had to return the system and I invested an extra $100 to buy a new system.

Got this for my step son for Christmas. Would not update once connected. It would take a couple of hours to get to 25%, then shut off. Would restart and have to start all over. Returned it.

Used less than a week. System got stuck loading operating system. Madden 16 kept freezing requiring restart of console. Returned and bought Xbox One S. Works great.

This item is junk and the only thing worse is the customer service from Best Buy. Transferred around and eventually hung up on! Not a good way to keep a customer.

The Xbox I got can't play any game more then 5 min without crashing the entire Xbox doesn't matter if it's digital download or disk Im very upset not worth $180

The product is giving up problems. It has been since the moment we took it out of the box. I would like to return it for another one or receive a full refund.

My refurbished Xbox worked for a day and then quit! I had to go back to the store and exchange it out with a new one. Spend the extra money for quality
