Disappointed, slow performance

I really wanted to like this, and was ready for slow refreshes.. but i was very disappointed in the overall performance otherwise. I was reading an art/sketching pdf and a significant portion of the art(pencil sketch lines) was not being displayed on the screen, even after playing around the contrast options. Swiping was also hit or miss, it works sometimes and then it doesn't, I expected a lot more for something that is almost $800. Even black and white text didn't look too great at the kinda lower ppi; I will return this and wait for a competitor to release a larger kaleido 3 variant.

This product is missing a locator feature. The product is exceptional in all other aspects. I misplaced this device after a few weeks of use and unable to locate. Support basically said I am out of luck other than changing my cloud password. As a result I am out $800. Highly recommend Remarkable add in next version.

It no longer feels like I'm writing on paper. Very unfortunate. Honestly, the writing experience sucks. I first purchased the Remarkable 2 and apart from not having a color display or back light and not being as large, it was far superior. I really miss my rM2 now.

Sync Problem and Dead Pixels

The synchronization is extremely slow. It takes more than a day to see the sync changes across various tablets and their respective apps. While the writing experience is satisfactory, I am encountering dead pixels on my tablet.

Defective Ghosting Issues

Do not buy this. We purchase a month ago and we are having excessive ghosting as per the tech support at Remarkable. I can't find my receipt as it was a gift and they will not replace it. Apparently ghosting is very common and their customer service is awful. Waste of $$.

Customer service from Remarkable Pro is terrible. Like the tablet, it writes well. The issue is the desktop app. I have been on Remarkable chat support three times because their download does not work. I was finally told there was nothing they could do. $700 tablet and there is nothing they can do. Seriously!?
