Josh installed our universal remote in a timely and thorough manner. Upon his on time arrival, he realized that I had purchased the incorrect Universal Remote. Rather than leaving or rescheduling, he drove to the local Best Buy and returned with the correct model. He installed it and even updated system. For the first time in 5 years, our home theatre system works in a clear cut and easy manner! I should add I purchase the TV at a very high end store with very high end installation. None of it worked 100% until Josh and the Geek Squad installed this new remote. Thank you - I was very apprehensive to use the GS prior to this appointment. I will have no reservations next time. The Harmony works great with my samsung smart TV, DVD, and music with one easy remote. The Best Buy installer did a great job with the installation. I had a hard time trying to watch movies but I now have no problems. I have since bought a second harmony remote for another room in my home.

Had them set up my Logitech remote to run everything in my home theater. No issues at all. While I could have done the programming myself, they were much faster than I would have been.

Marcos did a great job - was on time, pleasant, understood what we needed, made the changed, and answered all our questions; even helped us install new AppleTV box we had just purchased.

One remote replaced four others and made everything so much easier! Should have done this long before now. Great product and technician could not have been better in installing and explaining how to use new remote.

Easy and quick setup by the geeks. The harmony remote runs our Samsung plasma, Pioneer Elite receiver and Blu-ray and our Direct TV. Great remote and set-up for the money!!!

Fullfilled all of my needs for every component of my home theatre system. The installation and programming were done professionally.

I'm not a tech savy person and needed help with combining the TV, Bose system and media box remotes to be used with a universal remote and the Best Buy Geek Squad was able to help me on this matter. They are knowledgable, and were fast on installtion. The only con was scheduling. Due to limiting staff and availability they are a week out on appointments. Overall very satatisted with service and will us again on future purchases and installation jobs.

The Geek Squad groups came to my home on time and kept me posted when they would arrive. Upon arrival, they went right to work putting together my TV and taking out an older 27" console TV. They worked with the Geek Squad remote specialist to connect the cable box, soundbar, 4K Blu-Ray player, and Harmony remote to my new TV. Everything was done quickly, and I am enjoying my new system very much!

I think the guy who came did great trying to set it up; however, through the process I believed it wasn’t going to make anything easier. I felt the actual Denon Receiver does not have the capability to do what I need it to do. I feel the actual product of the Dennon 2700 is not worth the money. Very disappointed in that.

The only drawback was having to wait at my Mom's house for the 4 hour window for the appointment. They allowed me an 8 to 12 time slot, and showed up at 11 which is acceptable, just a tad inconvenient. All else, went perfect! quick install, very patient with my 85 year old mother, explaining how to use the Harmony Remote, and courteous dealing with her. Thanks again!

I had Mike and one of his partners come to the house for the install. This team was very knowledgeable, friendly and able to hook up everything in a very timely manner. They answered all of my questions, even ones I didn't even know to ask. They also went above and beyond in making sure everything was hooked up properly to begin with. I would give them Six (6) stars if I could. Thank you for all of your help.

The geek squad installed my controller to match the set up of my new tv. He did a fantastic job.

Installation by Nathan and Greg was excellent. They arrived as scheduled. They were both very considerate of our home. They completed the installation and, most importantly, explained the product, its functions, and answered all questions before leaving. Also, made sure we knew how to contact they about any further questions or issues. We will continue to support Geek Squad.

Ordered a new Harmony and paid for installation. Apparently it was defective, sent back, go another new one then installation. Every body was great but getting it done seemed to take forever. It’s working great!
