Had the Geek squad come and program my harmony Logitech 700 universal remote. Only controlling my Samsung TV,Denon receiver,Roku and DirecTV genie but these were more than I felt like doing. My geek squad agent Phil did this in less than 15 minutes and now my wife is happy because we were using 4 remotes before...

The remote control programming service went extremely well and as expected. The value for the service by being with total tech support was great and saved me a lot of hassle in attempting to program it myself. Quick and easy for Geek Sqad professional and super convenient for me! Highly recommended particularly if your not very tech savy or simply don't have the time or patience. Whatever the case, its a win for the home team! Absolutely love the remote by the way!

Geek Squad rep was on time and did an outstanding job in programming my Logitech Harmony Elite remote. I previously tried to program this remote myself but was only partially successful. My biggest challenge was getting the remote to control the volume of my Sonos Playbar. He solved that issue as well as programming remote to control my LG OLED TV, Cox HD Recorder, Samsung HDR Blu-Ray Player, and Apple TV. No longer need two different remotes and iOS apps to control my system. Well worth the money spent.

Tech did a great job. I could not have figured it out (he agreed with me on that. Tech was very knowledgeable and Friendly. well worth the cost.

Easy as 1-2-3. 1. Geek Squad Techie arrived. 2. He went to work. 3. 45 minutes later I no longer had a problem. Great service and he knew exactly what to do. He did a great job explaining how to use the master remote so that both my wife and I could use it. I should admit that we are both somewhat technically challenged.

The Harmonyn Remote Install was a mess, I did not have an Account, the Geek Squad was AWESOME !!! They helped me do that. I had 6 units to hook up with no previous account,no cable,and so on....they had the knowledge,Cable and Not that much time till there next appointment ,needless to say,they did it !!! AS always !! It was a real chalenge,since I did not have the required the parts,no fault of there's.I should explain, Harmony does not make a Remote anymore,E-Bay,Amazon ect in other words, off market......and expensive. GREAT JOB JIM !!! Come anytime.....they are absolutly the the best.....time,knowledge and experience. Thank You The Best Love It,MY Harmony

After mounting our TV, and sound bar and hooking up all devices, they programmed the remote and showed us step by step how to use it. They made sure everything was correct by turning each scenario of devices on. This was our second Harmony remote!! Great to have makes life so much easier.

Daniel came out to reprogram our harmony remote. He is awesome! We have had several Geek Squad assist us and have been good, but Daniel is exceptional. He works out of the Nampa store. I don’t think there is any situation that he couldn’t figure out. We have everything running through Harmony. He identified one issue on our receiver and resolved that too. Our harmony remote has never performed as well as it does now. We control our CD player, dvd player, vhs player and of course TV and movies, i.e., Netflix, prime, etc, etc….everything you can imagine. We are very happy!

Geek squad techs did a great job programming New all in one remote control ! The techs were very knowledgeable , fast , courteous and professional . They took time to make sure I could operate the remote and answer any questions I had . I will use geek squad again and thourhlly reccomen them to all my friends .

The geek squad technician arrived as scheduled after calling about 20 minutes ahead of arrival. He was very professional in attitude and appearance and proved to also know his job. He completely reprogrammed the 5 year old harmony system, remote, and iphones and ipads and was finished in less than an hour. No problems since.

Sean Kruse communicated ahead of time and arrived when he said. We had a harmony remote that lost it features during the pandemic When Best Buy could not come in the house. We found another company home theater came out. They disconnected the Harmony remote and we could not control anything properly. Very frustrating and they blamed it on Comcast not talking to the tv. When Sean was able to come into the house he was able to figure out the problem. He ran out of time for us and had another appointment in Boulder that did not have all day to wait all day. We were home all day and not in a hurry so he asked if he could return later that day. He called later to say he would be back around 2pm. He arrived right at 2 and had us up and running in twenty minutes. Sean did a great job and we have had no problem since. Great job Sean.

The 3rd time was the charm. C. Jonesey was abosultly the best. After 2 visits from your techs that could not program the remote, C. Jonesey knew exacly what to do. He programed the remote and it works excellent.

After years of struggling with 4-5 different remotes, we now have a single universal remote that makes it very easy! Just two simple buttons to use and it works every time. This is the best purchase we have made in a long time. Geek Squad was great to get it programmed for us.

We had the best installation and programming experience working with Best Buy. The guys recommended an awesome universal smart remote, and then they came out and programmed all of our electronic devices into one handy little device. Love it!

HAD GEEK SQUAD COME AND SET UP OUR NEW REMOTE.......SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID JOB IN TIMELY MANNER. HAVE USED GEEK SQUAD BEFORE, ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.....EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO US CLEARLY......WORKS GREAT

The remote set up was worth every penny. I use it everyday and it controls so many functions and does so exactly how I wanted. The Best Buy crew who did the programming was superb

Harmony and Corine (our Geek Squad Tech Staff) are just the best. Efficient and professional. They did the work on our new soundbar and the installation of the new universal remote quickly. The BEST part is they took the time to explain to both of us how to work the remote in language we could understand and didn't talk so fast we had a difficult time understanding them. We are older, hearing not too good and thank heavens these gals were as patient as they could be. A big shout out to them and to Best Buy!

The GEEK Squad did a great job programming my Harmony control. It is very easy to use and so nice to have all my electronic controls in one remote. I like that it is connected to my cell phone.

Problem with my remote for my new LG tv. The service person was quick to rectify my problem by going into the tv’s system and made the necessary adjustments. It works perfectly now.

The remote is great, programming was something else. The tech had issues. First thing was the programming cord had gotten misplaced, and that was the end of the world & programming could not be done. We found a cord that worked (our’s). He had no cord with him when that’s what he was here for. When he programmed the remote it didn’t have everything we wanted on it, so he had to start over. Basically I feel he had a bad attitude & made me feel like I didn’t know anything.
